“Hi” (As requested.)
- I have been putting a bit of effort into the ‘flickr’ site and I have been discussing how to help promote a few artists (photographers and musicians).
- I think it might be quite beneficial to combine the artistic results of these two groups.
- I mention this…
- in response to one of the statements in this wiki about what I know as “storyboards” (the early sketches use by film makers (e.g. Disney) to layout a story line during the early stages of a movies development.
- because I am currently interested in combining pictures and music to create a ‘slide show’ of the type that I was privileged to see in the 1970’s called “Life In America”. It was a spectacular show stopper that earned international recognition, was produced within an amazing short time of about 1 week, and really demonstrated the power of combining these two media.
- To the extent that I can help this wiki, by contributing ideas and MicroContent? text blocks, I would be pleased to participate.

Welcome, HansWobbe?.
I am amazed at the activity on flickr and YouTube?. I would be happy to collaborate with the people there. I wish there was a wiki engine that made it easer to share images and videos. And I wish flickr and YouTube? had more wiki-like easy linking. I guess we’ll keep using the best features of both for now.

There’s a lot going on, true. I can’t cope up on the video level currently, too many ideas. But I made the chain-video-wiki a while ago which fits in quite fine, I suppose. http://eartwiki.org/cgi-bin/hive/ChainVideo/TalkPages /MM
