My wiki's home page keeps getting messed up by ip176-35.netcathost.com It's a Russian site and it would appear that it's attempting to spam the site, but messed up and instead, deletes 2/3 of the home page. Is there a way to have that IP banned?

Done. This IP is not unknown; I have it banned on Oddmuse:Local Banned Hosts as well. – Alex

Ouch, I did not realize that the BannedHosts? page was not being copied to the various namespaces. It will be copied now. – Alex
